I admit it. I spend too much money on makeup. To me, putting on make-up is the highlight of my day, as is trying NEW makeup items. This little NYC eyeliner duo is a necessity in my makeup drawer. My personal favorite is the Black/Silver combination. In order to achieve a quick smokey effect, I use the black side first, then smudge with the silver side.
