I am ALWAYS looking for ways to hydrate myself - BUT plain old water bottles just are not cutting it for me! I always admire the people that drink their 8 glasses of water a day. I really do try to take their advice and add lemon to my water, get smaller water bottles - so drinking is not so intimidating, BUT NOTHING seems to work for me! So until I all the sudden become a water drinker - these Wyler's singles have worked out GREAT for me. My favorite flavor is Cool Raspberry! I have tried the Lipton singles and Crystal Light singles - but for some reason Wyler's is my all time favorite and it is the least expensive!!! It is just what ya need if you are on the go - throw some in your water bottle and take off!
